Our message is clear and without any ambiguity. There are two biological genders –men and women— created by God.

All the religious books –Al-Quran, Tanakh and Talmud (Jewish Bible), Christian Bible (including the Gospel), Vedas, Upnishads, Tripitaka, Guru Granth Sahib— say the same thing— that the genders are two, men and women.

Al-Quran confirms:

(Al-Quran 53:45) "and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female."

(Al-Quran 75:39) "and then He made of him a pair, male and female."

Allah has created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve, as a couple. Period.

Biological defection in manhood or womanhood doesn’t change, supersede, intermix the gender, transgender. It is like a birth of a child without eye sight, hearing problem, without hands or legs, or any other such defect. Defect in hormone growth can’t and doesn’t change the gender. There are men incapable to mate and women who are incapable to conceive. That doesn’t mean their gender has changed or been superseded. If Allah doesn’t give some quality to a man or woman, He has blessed him or her with some other qualities enormously. It is commonly observed in the society. A blind person may have extraordinary capability of understanding and applying complex knowledge through other senses.

Homosexuality is unnatural, and it disturbs the universe. It is an act that will diminish and extinguish the human race from this earth. In today’s world, it is promoted by a group who is the enemy of human beings. They believe that right of existence on this earth is only for one “religious group” (chosen people). And their rise starts when others fall. It is the curse of Zionism on humanity. The organization Planned Parenthood, which is promoting same-sex lifestyle in North America, is one of the example of Zionist agenda. If you go deep and research you will find the source of “HIV” or “AID” virus spread in African subcontinent (to curtail gentiles’ population).  

According to Al-Quran, homosexuality (among men) began from the nation of Prophet Lut (Lot, peace be upon him).

“And remember when We sent Lot [as a Messenger to his people, and he said to them: 'Do you realize you practice an indecency of which no other people in the world were guilty of before you? You approach men lustfully in place of women. You are a people who exceed all bounds.’ Their only answer was: 'Banish them from your town. They are a people who pretend to be pure’” (Al-Quran 7: 80-82).

Allah mentions nation of Lut and their deeds seven times in Al-Quran.

Christian and Jewish Books of Scripture orders the death sentence to these homosexuals (generation killers): “If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them” (Leviticus 20:13).

In 18th and 19th century, in several states of USA, sodomy was a capital offense, while cross-dressing was a felony punishable by imprisonment or other forms of corporal punishment. (Wikepedia)

In 1779,  Thomas Jefferson wrote a law in Virginia which contained a punishment of castration for men who engage in sodomy. Jefferson intended this to be a liberalization of the sodomy laws in Virginia at that time, which prescribed death as the maximum penalty for the crime of sodomy. It was rejected by the Virginia legislature.  (Wikipedia). Prior to 1962, sodomy was a felony in every state (of USA), punished by a lengthy term of imprisonment or death.  (Wikipedia)

The punishment for homosexuality (sodomy) suggested (in Quran) is severe. And Allah punishes them: 

“Then We delivered Lot and his household except his wife who stayed behind, and We let loose a shower [of stones] upon them. Observe, then, the end of the evil-doers” (Al-Quran 7: 83-84).

“We let loose upon them a tempest which rained stones upon them, except upon Lot’s household whom We rescued in the last hours of the night” (Al-Quran 54:34).

Some illiterate so-called modern scholars of Islam say there is no punishment for homosexuals in Islam. It is not true.

Al-Quran Surah An-Nisa (4) Ayah 16:

                                  وَالَّذٰنِ يَاۡتِيٰنِهَا مِنۡكُمۡ فَاٰذُوۡهُمَا​ Ûš فَاِنۡ تَابَا وَاَصۡلَحَا فَاَعۡرِضُوۡا عَنۡهُمَا​ Ø• اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيۡمًا‏ 

“If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, leave them alone; for Allah is Oft-returning, Most Merciful.” (Translated by Yusuf Ali).

Many others did similar translation. Check the list.

This is the only verse in which instruction has been provided that in case a man satisfies his sexual desire with another man, both will be severely punished. It was mercy from Allah that at the time of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) not a single person was involved in this crime (came to the public notice). So there was not any case to punish. Arabs were free from this sinful disease.

Some commentators have the view that the verse 4:16 is not for homosexuality, but for adultery itself. However, the great scholar of Quran Shah Wali Ullah writes, “The translators say that commentators differ in this verse. One group has related it to adultery and considers it as withdrawn, but more valid view is that this verse has been revealed in regard to homosexuality. The reason is that “wal-lazeena” is in the objective mode and “Kaum” in “minkum” is a male gender pronoun and the verse regarding adultery with women has passed just before it.” (quoted in the book "Islam on Homosexuality by Mufti Muhammad Zafeeruddin, Darul Ishaat, Karachi.)

Another scholar and Quran commentator of India, Qazi Sanaullah of Panipat writes in connection with this verse, “Al-lazeena Yateyana-aa” means, homosexuality, that is man cohabits with a man, and Mujahid admit it, and after this connotation no confusion remains. Judo-Christian-Islamic traditions, and several states of USA till 19th century confirm the capital punishment for homosexuals. Most other religious traditions are not different.

However, it must be noted that Islam respects privacy of individuals. If a couple does this crime in private and if there are not at least four witnesses watched clearly, they will not be punished. Punishment of a crime is only in case it has been committed in public or promoted in public.

Thing to Do:

Abu Sa`eed Al-Khudri  reported: The Messenger of Allah  said, "Whoever amongst you sees an evil, he must change it with his hand; if he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is yet unable to do so, then with his heart; and that is the weakest form of Faith" [Muslim].

We can change by hand if we have (state) power and authority. We don’t have power here, however we have fundamental freedom of speech, religious beliefs, and organization. So we can use our tongue and pen and organize us to counter this evil from the society. And in all circumstances, we have to stay at least at the second position (stopping the evil by organizing and speaking out).

And we all will be answerable in the Day of Judgement on this serious issue. This is my faith.
