IN 2012, a bill was introduced in the Ontario Legislative Assembly by Cheri DiNovo, an MPP from the NDP. It was named Bill 33, which became an act in the same year and was titled: Toby’s Act (Right to be Free from Discrimination and Harassment Because of Gender Identity or Gender Expression), 2012.

Toby Dancer was a transgender woman activist, and this law was named after her. Toby’s Act, created by the Ontario Assembly, altered the Ontario Human Rights Code. It added "gender identity and gender expression" after "sexual orientation" wherever the rights of men and women were mentioned.

In Fahish laws and rules, gender identity is fundamentally different from an individual’s sexual orientation. What is this? Fahish explains that it is an individual's unique and internal experience of gender.

Gender expression means how someone presents themselves publicly, such as through clothing, hair, makeup, body language, and voice. The most common aspect is what name and pronoun they choose for themselves. Under this law, any individual will have to be recognized as the gender they declare themselves to be.

Many of our brothers, especially those back home, think that such individuals have undergone surgery to change their gender. Or that they belong to the third gender, like eunuchs. No, brother, it’s nothing like that. There is a complete man in terms of physique. He has a beard and a mustache.  But if he says he is a woman, he will have to be accepted as a woman.

And he will receive all the rights that belong to a woman. Similarly, if a fully grown woman says she is a man, she will be granted all the rights of a man.

They will receive all the same rights in employment, housing, facilities and services, contracts, and membership in unions, trade, or professional associations, as the gender they declare themselves to be.

That means they can now use the restroom according to their newly assigned gender. They can also enter the changing room in a club.

Imagine girls going to the changing room at a swimming pool and encountering a naked boy there. These men can claim to be women, participate in women’s sports, and even win women’s trophies. And they are winning as well.

Imagine you are with your wife, daughter, sister, or mother at a public place, and they go to the women’s restroom. And suddenly, a boy or man enters there. Incidents of pedophilia, involving very young boys and girls, are increasingly on the rise. Now, Fahish groups are also advocating for legal protection for pedophiles. Meaning they want to include it as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

An important point is that Gender Identity and Gender Expression are not permanent. It can be changed whenever one desires. It can even change on a daily basis. This concept is not solid but fluid.

In Ontario, where we live, the Ministry of Health has removed the gender field from our health cards. This means that here, all of us have become gender-free according to our IDs.

The day is not far when gender will also be removed from birth certificates. Doctors and parents will be told that determining a child's gender is no longer their right. This right belongs solely to the child, and when they grow up, they will determine their own gender. They will assign their own gender.

In many provinces of Canada, there is a provision to have "Gender Other Than Biological Gender" written on birth certificates and to include options other than Male and Female.

Similarly, in the future, your passport could also be gender-free.

Even now, you have the freedom to write your preferred gender or "X" on your passport. It is possible that in the future, you will travel with a genderless Canadian passport.

However, you may not be able to enter many countries without having one of the two genders or using a fake gender.

It should also be noted that this freedom granted to the Fahish community also applies to religious institutions. This Toby Act is also referred to as the Washroom Act.

Now, large-scale All-Gender Washrooms, Gender Neutral Washrooms, and Gender Inclusive Bathrooms are being constructed, especially in schools and universities.

This means boys, girls, men, and women can all use the same public restroom.

Another misunderstanding exists among our Canadian Desi brothers and a few of their foolish Muslim intellectuals. Either they are genuinely so naive, or in their love for liberals, they are deliberately misleading their community.

They themselves or their nephews want to contest elections as MPs or MPPs from liberal platforms. These people keep explaining that transgender means the third gender, the eunuchs found on the streets of the subcontinent. And that this is a normal thing, not something special.

It is clear that, according to the Quran, the Creator of humans, Allah Almighty, has created only two genders.

A defect in any part of the body does not change one's gender.

Let it be absolutely clear that in Canada, the US, and now globally, the word "transgender" is an umbrella term, meaning it includes all individuals who deviate from their biological and God-assigned gender in terms of gender identities and expressions.

It includes all those who identify as transgender, trans woman (male-to-female), trans man (female-to-male), transsexual, cross-dresser, gender non-conforming, gender variant, or gender queer. All of these are included.

Another umbrella term that has been created and is being used is SOGIE, which stands for Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression.

For all these individuals and terminologies, the terms we use are "sexual deviants" and "gender apostates," or we refer to Fahish civilization, Fahish culture, and unnatural acts as "Fahisha," which is terminology taken from the Arabic Quran.

So now, these people of the Fahish culture have full rights to gender expression according to their new assigned gender.

All government and non-government institutions, including places of worship, are required to comply with this. For example, if a man claims to be a woman, he can wear women's clothing to the office. If he is stopped from doing so, it will be considered the crime of harassment.

The Fahish movement now has very large human rights organizations. They conduct highly detailed surveys related to harassment. Most of these surveys are fake and exaggerated.

Their objective is to fully implement the Fahish agenda within all offices and schools.

When you go to a restaurant here, you will receive a badge or tag at the counter where you can write your sexual orientation and gender identity. And also specify which pronouns you want to be addressed by. The number of such pronouns has now exceeded 50.

Additionally, if their creativity leads to the invention of a new pronoun, they can write that too. There is no limit to this.

You will see a complete man sitting there with a "She" or another pronoun tag. And a full-grown woman sitting with a "He" or another pronoun tag.

Among those supporting Ontario's washroom bill were your favorite liberal provincial leaders, Provincial MPs Yasir Naqvi and Shafiq Qaadri, who also endorsed the bill.

This law was initially limited to Ontario but was later enacted federally and in other provinces.

In 2009, NDP's MP Bill Siksay presented a private bill, which was approved by the Justice and Human Rights Committee with a 9:2 vote and reached the House of Commons. In the third reading on February 9, 2011, the ultra-radical transsexual and transgender "rights" bill, C-389, was passed with 143 yays and 135 nays. It is noteworthy that at that time, Stephen Harper's Conservative government was in power.

Only 6 Liberal MPs voted Nay (No), while the rest of the MPs were Conservatives. Only 6 Conservatives voted Yay (Yes), but among the 25 members who abstained or wasted their votes were 12 Conservatives and 2 pro-life Liberal MPs. If these people had voted No, the bill could not have passed.

Once again, let me clarify that the NDP has always stood 100% with the Fahish group.

You must have seen how NDP leader Jagmeet Singh stood with the Fahish group and opposed the Million March against SOGIE.

Nevertheless, this bill moved from the House of Commons to the Senate. Pro-life groups launched a campaign against it. Due to the Conservative majority in the Senate, this bill could not pass for several years.

In the 2015 election, the Liberal Party of Canada came into power. Justin Trudeau had stated before the election that any Liberal Party member with reservations on transgender issues should not run for election.

This meant that 100% SOGIE-conformist members were elected from the Liberal Party platform. The NDP was already 100% conformist.

In 2016, Bill C-16 was introduced and passed by both houses in 2017.

This act is titled "An Act to Amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code."

It should be noted that all the Liberal Muslim MPs you elected voted in favor of this bill. And since then, they have always been strong allies and major supporters of the Fahish community.

Subsequently, all those amendments were incorporated into the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code, which had already been implemented by the Liberal government of Ontario and several other provinces.

This code also applies to places of worship.

This is a direct attack on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which guarantees religious rights at the very outset.

Now, after this act, a balancing act will need to be done—religious institutions can claim exemptions, but each case will be reviewed individually, and this right is not absolute.

This means that the Fahish group will now use this document solely for their own agenda.

This law has also been enacted in many states in the USA.

Let me also mention that in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), gender identity used to be classified as a mental disorder. Now, the fahish lobby has managed to change that as well.

Now, in practice, Fahisha is considered the "mental order" in North America, and everything opposing it is deemed a "mental disorder."

My brothers and sisters! According to the 2021 Canadian Census, 0.33% of people here identify themselves as transgender or non-binary. This means one person out of every 300.

According to the same Census, 95,435 people in this country live as same-sex couples, which accounts for 1.1% of all couples nationwide.

Transgender and same-sex couples cannot have children, but they want children. So, to provide them with children, laws, environments, and mechanisms are being established at the government level to separate children born in traditional families from their parents and give them to Fahish couples.

In Canada, all laws and planning have been set accordingly.

If children are being taken away from parents and handed over to such people. And when it starts here, and the stories begin to surface, be sure to write a letter of thanks to your MPs, especially Muslim MPs, their prominent Islamic liberalist supporters, and your Islamic liberal community leaders.

Because they have played a significant role in this. I say this with great regret and a heavy heart, but it is the truth.

All laws enacted in the name of protecting transgender individuals are extremely unsafe for your children.

For God's sake, keep yourselves aware of the circumstances here.

  There is no time left for delay. For 13 years, I have been telling you, "Gender will change as education changes." Abandon the habit of burying your head in the sand like an ostrich to avoid the storm.
